It was seriously the easiest cake I've ever made. It was just impossible to screw up. I bought chocolate coffee cookies and cut them to size, frosted the cake and stuck them on. I crushed up the leftover bits and sprinkled them on top and placed the decorations on the cake.
How adorable! Can't wait to see pictures! Between you and Stacy over at Copy Cat Cottage I'm starting to wonder if I could do the whole party-planning thing too- already starting to think about Regan's first birthday (is that crazy or what)! :D
